Pneufit Push-In Fittings
Style and Description
Known as a ‘push-in’ or ‘push-fit’ fitting the Pneufit option allows the tradesman a choice of product that does not require any tools to complete a trouble-free joint.
Because of its compact design and unlimited make and re-make feature, Pneufit is found in the Pneumatic/Robotics sectors.
However, Pneufit can only be used with non-metallic tube in pneumatic applications (should not be used in any hydraulic application).

Assembly & Installation
- Cut the tube square using a nylon tube cutter.
- Slide the tube through the collet into the fitting.
- Slide the tube firmly through the O-Ring until it rests against the tube stop. Pull on the tubing to ensure a secure joint has been made.
- To disconnect the tube, push on tube, hold down the collet and withdraw the tube.
