Fleetfit fittings are ‘push-in’ or ‘push-fit’ fittings manufactured to withstand the demands of the heavy transport industry.

Designed with specific air brake tube in mind, the body of the fitting has a built-in spigot to give added tube support at the sealing area.

Assembly & Installation

1. Cut the tube square using a nylon tube cutter.
2. Slide the tube through the collet into the fitting.
3. Slide the tube firmly through the O-Ring until it rests against the tube stop. Pull on the tubing to ensure a secure joint has been made.
4. To disconnect the tube, push on tube, hold down the collet and withdraw the tube.
