Style and Description

TubeFit brand Barbed Airline Fittings are designed to fit into the bore of a hose. A clamping device, hose clip, or ‘O’ clip is then required to clamp the fitting firmly into place to effect a seal. It should be noted that the clamping / sealing effort is enhanced by the end bulb being larger in diameter than the series of barbs.

Assembly & Installation

1. Tighten fitting to ‘spanner firm’ position. (Caution: do not over- tighten)
2. Ensure Barb is fully inserted into the hose.
